Location: Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL
A new conceptual design for an Olympic type swinging facility, which incorporates a swimming hall of fame museum, one dive pool, two swimming pools, pro shop, and athlete housing. The design came right after Micheal Phelps’ 8 gold metals in the 2008 Olympics. The design is located on the innercostal waterway of Fort Lauderdale and provides great viewing for major boating events. The roof of the project slopes up from ground level providing additional non-aquatic training space as well as public outdoor activity space and event viewing.
